Congrats Taufik!

Yeah...glad that Sly din win.... nah.... i would say that i'd rather see Taufik on the world stage than to see Sly..... yest rushed back from my shopping to catch Singapore Idol.... Inside the lounge, Tiongyee, Sam, Derrick, Li Jun, Hengyeu, Charmaine, and some others were watching tog....later 3 RJ gers came during the results time..... guess what? ALL OF US SUPPORTED TAUFIK! All of us wanted to vote for him - 1 vote.....hey, i know 1 vote means nothing amongst the 1 million votes received but its our xiao xiao xin yi k...... in the end, hy and sam couldn't, their calls din get thru .... why? cos they signed their plan when they're under 21..... remember caris or ahbi once told me that ppl who sign for their plan when they're under 21 can't make expensive 1900 calls.... hahaha...... this is good also lah.... at least they can't go use their hp to make those sex chat calls.....haha....


All the best to T and hope that S'pore can finally have an international star in the English pop scene..... guess its a real challenge to attempt to replicate the English version of Stef Sun..... but who knows?

i was finally able to post the pics of my shopping hauls.... hiak hiak hiak..... thanx to dearies for the shopping vouchers..... (ermzz..... ok, this is like more than one month too late but whateva!!!)

meanwhile, great news for myself and my fyp group.... we're going for our fyp retreat!

This afternoon after i woke up, went to chk my sch email.... then there was this email sent by NBS regarding this 2 roadshows in Penang and KL to promote NBS programmes like MBAs, Bachelors, PhD ...... then i thought...."eh, our fyp task is to formulate a marketing plan for EMBA to mkt it in China (fyi, EMBA= executive masters in biz admin, a joint prog by Shanghai JiaoTong Uni & NTU)..... marketing plans marketing plans..... that's it, we can go there and observe how NBS tries to mkt itself to ppl overseas!" and so i went to ask shuzhen and desmond if they wanna go there..... and surprisingly, they were quite onz abt it, even though the event juz 2 days away only!


so i tried calling Ooi Lee Lee, the director for MBA programmes asking if she needs helper (to be frank, in hope that they can hire us or what, and at least help us pay the transportation or accommodation......) but nope.... no one ans..... nvm.... emailed her instead........ and the efficient professor replied in the evening.... and guess what? she forwarded the email to our beloved Prof Hooi Den Huan, or Hooi-ge, as jixin and chenji might call him.... well, he's da newly appointed vice-dean for MBA course, so she needs to seek his advice..... ok, actually now, in my mind, i hope they wouldn't need us there, so we'll not be obligated to stay at the venue throughout.... then we can go shopping, sight-seeing, eating, this and that..... yeah man.... i'm good at planning what to do in KL, cos juz went there last dec.......


nope..... dun ask me to buy souvenirs back for ya.....no way..... we're on tight budget..... we'd rather spend our $ shopping, mum mum, play etc.... heehee..... say bon voyage! okie..... shall be back on mon...... then tue would be burpies' b-dae.... where he'd said to be treating the astro gang to dinner + overnite stay at meritus mandarin...... (burps.... pls treat us to the famous chatterbox chix rice..... or at least cafe cartel k, i wan my st louis porkribs......) then on wed, would be the much awaited BBQ yeu & me (pun intended) have organised for blk 72...... yum yum...... delicious bbq food.... i love to bbq too! (hey ppl from blk 72 looking at this....... bbq food this time would be damn good k..... $10/pax.....7pm @ carpark.....we'll eat lots and take lotsa pix - our tradition...)..... wow...this coming wk's gonna be interesting!
